A community built by neighbors, for neighbors.
We advocate for civic infrastructure, housing, and job opportunities that empower democratic participation and community wealth creation.
The Village Concept
A village should be more than a collection of houses; it should be a self-supporting ecosystem. We advocate for a return to the "Village Model"—communities centered around K–12 schools that provide social and professional services, surrounded by small-scale agriculture and inexpensive, high-quality housing.
Our Three Pillars
Self-Contained
Creating villages that are utility-independent and financially self-supporting.
Civic Life
Designing physical spaces that facilitate the development of social capital and make democracy work.
Self-Sufficiency
Closing the income-to-expense gap through innovative design and job creation.
